Covid-19 Vaccinations

Please only book if you are eligible and do not book multiple appointments at different pharmacies or booking sites.

As always, the pace of the roll-out of the vaccination programme will be dependent on the availability of vaccine supplies.

Who are we vaccinating?

To be vaccinated by us, you must be registered with a GP in Northern Ireland and in an eligible group as defined by the COVID-19 vaccination programme.

If you book with us but are not eligible your appointment will be cancelled

If you are a Carer or pregnant or resident in a care home, you cannot be vaccinated via the Community Pharmacy COVID-19 vaccination service at this time, however you may still be able to access vaccination via your GP or your local HSC Trust
 
  • If you are pregnant or believe you could be pregnant, please speak to your GP, Obstetric provider or midwife for advice about getting the COVID-19 vaccination.
  • If you are a resident in a care home, you can be vaccinated via Trust mobile units or GPs.
  • If you are a Carer , please speak to your GP or Trust Care Coordinator

What you need to bring

You will be required to wear a face covering (unless exempt). Please also check with the pharmacy if there are any additional infection control procedures in place that you will need to comply with.

  • You must bring your photo ID (to include proof of your age). Driving License or Passport.
  • If you are in the clinically extremely vulnerable group (and aged 18 or over) you must bring photographic ID and your shielding letter. If you do not have this you will not be able to receive your vaccination.
  • If you are a Health and Social Care Worker (and aged 18 or over), you will require photographic ID (showing your date of birth) and proof of employment, such as employer photo identification badge, payslip, letter from employer on official letterhead plus photographic proof of identification, etc.
 
If you do not have the required proof of eligibility, the pharmacist will not be able to vaccinate you.
