Minor Ailments

England Only

Our pharmacists are trained and qualified to treat minor ailments without need for a doctor’s appointment saving you valuable time.

The Minor Ailments service includes treatment for the following common conditions.

  • Acute Bacterial Conjunctivitis
  • Cystitis
  • Impetigo
  • Migraine
  • Oral Thrush in infants <12 months and Thrush in Breastfeeding Mothers

And the great news is that when we treat your minor ailment you don’t even need to book an appointment – just come to the dispensary and ask to speak to the Pharmacist. We will be able to advise you if the minor ailment affecting you, can be treated free under the Minor Ailment Scheme.

Whilst in most cases the treatment recommended by our Pharmacist will cure your condition it is important that if your symptoms persist you seek further advice from the Pharmacist or GP. If you choose to visit your GP always let the Doctor know you have been treated by our Pharmacy and the treatment we recommended.
