Delivery Policy
At Corrys Chemists, we provide the safe and compliant supply of medicines and healthcare products in accordance with Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (PSNI) standards and applicable legal requirements.
1. In-Branch Collection
Patients may collect medicines and products from our Enniskillen or Castlederg branches.
Where clinical assessment is required, this takes place in person at one of our Northern Ireland premises. Medication is supplied only following appropriate clinical approval.
You will be notified when your medication or order is ready for collection. Please bring confirmation details when attending the branch.
2. Delivery Within the United Kingdom
We offer delivery within the United Kingdom only for retail products (e.g. over-the-counter and shop items): Delivery fee of £4.99 applies.
Delivery times depend on courier services and operational schedules. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Patients are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate and that appropriate arrangements are in place to receive the parcel where required.
3. Republic of Ireland (ROI) Patients
Patients resident in the Republic of Ireland may attend one of our Northern Ireland branches for private prescriptions or private services and, where clinically appropriate, treatment supply.
We do not provide delivery to addresses in the Republic of Ireland.
4. Clinical Approval and Processing
Medicines are supplied only following appropriate clinical assessment and professional approval.
Where applicable, supply is made in accordance with Patient Group Direction (PGD) protocols or prescribing standards.
Processing and dispatch (where delivery has been requested within the UK) will occur only after:
- Clinical suitability has been confirmed;
- All regulatory requirements have been satisfied; and
- Payment has been successfully received.
Processing times may vary depending on service demand and clinical requirements.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Once a parcel has been collected by a courier service, delivery is subject to that courier’s operational processes.
6. Regulatory Compliance
All products are supplied, packaged and handled in accordance with PSNI standards and applicable pharmacy regulations.
Patient information is managed securely in line with UK GDPR and data protection requirements.
