Our travel health qualified Pharmacist can advise you on all aspects of travel health, provide vaccinations and anti malarial medication, without you needing to visit your doctor or get a prescription.

Please return the form to us at least 2 days before your appointment.
You can return the form by post or by leaving it into the Pharmacy in person. Alternatively you can email the form to paddy@corryschemists.com.
Once received our travel health qualified Pharmacist will review the information you have provided in advance of your appointment and may have follow up questions to ask you.
Our travel trained pharmacist can privately prescribe and administer the vaccinations in the pharmacy.
A consultation fee of £10.00 will be charged but can be redeemed against any vaccines, antimalarials or travel related products.
The range of vaccines we provide will be subject to availability.
